I am working with BCBS, Aetna, Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid, and Cigna for in-network coverage. Updates made available as they come.
Children 5-12
I use a very family centered approach. We can often leverage new parenting strategies combined with working with schools to provide a supportive environment for the young person. Common challenges for children aged 5-12 often involve navigating school adjustments, developing social and emotional skills, and managing potential mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, or learning disabilities. Children may also struggle with physical development, including motor skills and body image, as well as adjusting to increased independence and responsibilities.
Adolescent/Teen 12-17
Adolescents experience rapid physical, cognitive and psychosocial growth. This affects how they feel, think, make decisions, and interact with the world around them. Common challenges for kids between 13 and 17 include mental health issues like anxiety and depression, peer pressure, and substance abuse. Social media, bullying, and academic pressures also play a significant role in their lives. Many suffer with sleep disturbances due to hormonal changes or ever-increasing expectations.
Adults 18-105
Many adults suffer from a host of both mental and physical health conditions. These conditions can significantly impact daily life and relationships, leading to difficulties in work, school, and social interactions. Lack of awareness, financial constraints, and limited resources can leave an adult feeling hopeless. Additionally, stigma surrounding mental illness can hinder access to treatment and support.
